MICROSOFT LICENSING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This Clause 9 applies to Microsoft Licensing Services only and are applicable in addition to the other terms and conditions of the Agreement. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between this Clause 9 and any other terms and conditions in the Agreement (other than those set out of the Order Form) this Clause 9 shall take precedence.
