Common use of Mid-Term Review Clause in Contracts

Mid-Term Review. The Borrower, through the MFE shall: (a) maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the MFE Monitoring and Evaluation Indicators, the carrying out of Parts D and E of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof; (b) prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the Bank, and furnish to the Bank, on or about September 30, 2008, a report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to paragraph (a) of this Section, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of Parts D and E of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of Parts D and E of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date; and (c) review with the Bank, by December 31, 2008, or such later date as the Bank shall request, the report referred to in paragraph (b) of this Section, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of Parts D and E of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of the said report and the Bank’s views on the matter.

Mid-Term Review. The Without prejudice to the provisions of Section 4.02 of this Agreement and Part B of this Schedule, the Borrower, through the MFE jointly with DRCR, shall: (a) maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with indicators acceptable to the MFE Monitoring and Evaluation IndicatorsBank, the carrying out of Parts D and E Part A of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof; (b) prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the Bank, and furnish to the Bank, on or about September 30March 31, 20082009, a report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to paragraph (a) of this Section, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of Parts D and E of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of Parts D and E of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date; and (c) review with the Bank, by December 31September 30, 20082009, or such later date as the Bank shall request, the report referred to in paragraph (b) of this Section, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of Parts D and E of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of the said report and the Bank’s views on the matter.

Mid-Term Review. The Borrower, through the MFE MoEWM, shall: (a) maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the MFE Monitoring and Evaluation IndicatorsIndicators for Part 3 of the Project, the carrying out of Parts D and E Part 3 of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof; (b) prepare, under terms on the basis of reference satisfactory to a working plan agreed-upon between the Borrower and the Bank, and furnish to the Bank, on or about September April 30, 2008, a mid-term report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to paragraph (a) of this SectionSection and the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed by the Municipality of Arad and the Municipality of Bucharest pursuant, respectively, to the provisions of Section II.C (a) of the Schedule to each Project Agreement, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of Parts D 1, 2 and E 3 of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of Parts D Part 1, 2 and E 3 of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date; and (c) review with the Bank, by December 31June 30, 2008, or such later date as the Bank shall request, the report referred to in paragraph (b) of this Section, Section and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of Parts D and E Part 3 of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of the said report and the Bank’s views on the matter.

Mid-Term Review. The BorrowerRecipient, through the MFE MOEW, shall: (a) maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the MFE MOEW Monitoring and Evaluation Indicators, the carrying out of Parts D B and E C of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof; (b) prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the Bank, and furnish to the Bank, on or about September November 30, 2008, a mid-term report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to paragraph (a) of this Sectionparagraph, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of Parts D B and E C of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of Parts D B and E C of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date; and (c) review with the Bank, by December 31February 28, 20082009, or such later date as the Bank shall request, the report referred to in paragraph (b) of this Sectionparagraph, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of Parts D B and E C of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of the said report and the Bank’s views on the matter.
