Common use of Mid-Year Break Clause in Contracts

Mid-Year Break. During the Mid-Year Break as outlined in Section 3.0, the Residences will be closed and all residents must vacate the Residence. Residents with exceptional circumstances (e.g. International students who cannot return home) may apply to stay in Residence until December 19, 2019, and between January 2, 2020 and January 4, 2020 at a nightly rate of $25 per night for single style rooms and $30 per night for suite style rooms subject to approval from the Residence Office. Residents will be able to access the form by mid-October and must submit to the Residence Office by no later than December 2, 2019. All Residents without exception must vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. December 19, 2019, until 12:00 p.m. January 2, 2020.

Mid-Year Break. All Residents must vacate the Residence by 12:00p.m. noon on December 18, 2023. During the Mid-Mid- Year Break as outlined in Section 3.0section 2.0, the Residences will be closed and all residents must vacate the Residenceclosed. Residents with exceptional circumstances (e.g. International students who cannot return home) may apply to stay in Residence until 10:00 a.m. on December 1920, 20192023, and between 12:00p.m. January 2, 2020 2024 and 10:00a.m. on January 46, 2020 at a 2024. A nightly rate of $25 for additional accommodations will apply, as per night for single style rooms and $30 per night for suite style rooms Section 4.0, subject to approval from the Residence Office. Residents will be able to access the form by mid-October and must submit be submitted to the Residence Office by no later than 11:59p.m. December 210, 20192023. All Residents without exception must vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. December 1920, 20192023, until 12:00 p.m. January 2, 20202024.

All Residents without exception must vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. December 1921, 20192021, until 12:00 p.m. January 24, 20202022.

All Residents without exception must vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. December 19, 2019, until 12:00 p.m. January 2, 2020.

Residents will be able to access the form by mid-October and must submit be submitted to the Residence Office by no later than December 23, 20192021. All Residents without exception must vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. December 1922, 20192021, until 12:00 p.m. January 24, 20202022.
