Mid-Year Check. The evaluator shall meet with the teacher for a mid-year check-in no later than the end of February, for the purposes that includes, but is not limited to: 1. To discuss the teacher’s progress toward goals set in the Fall; 2. To discuss the teacher’s progress toward establishing student growth goals and evidence of student progress toward meeting those goals; 3. To discuss areas of strength and areas of growth for the teacher; 4. To develop plans for observations the remainder of the year. 5. By June 1, the teacher will sign two (2) copies of the Final Summative Evaluation Report. The signature of the teacher does not imply that the employee agrees with its contents.
