Common use of Middle School Clause in Contracts

Middle School. The teacher’s day shall be six (6) hours and fifty (50) minutes excluding time set aside for duty free lunch. Except on half days, each teacher shall have five (5) assigned periods each school day, and one unassigned period of fifty-five (55) minutes duration. Each teacher shall be in his/her building prior to the start of his/her assignment and, in order to ensure the proper supervision and safety of students, shall be at his/her place of assignment when the admittance xxxx rings. Each teacher shall remain in the building after the completion of his/her assignment.
