The MII will be based on approval by more than sixty-six percent (66%) of Signatory Airlines or approval by those Signatory Airlines whose combined landed weights account for more than sixty-six percent (66%) of the total Signatory Airline landed weight. This measure will be calculated over the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period.
