Airfield Cost Center definition

Airfield Cost Center means the Direct Cost Center further described in Table E-6 of this Exhibit “E”.

Airfield Cost Center means the Cost Center to which Revenues and expenses associated with the Landing Area, excluding the Aircraft Apron, are allocated. The "Airfield Cost Center" shall include a portion of Indirect Cost Centers, as specified in Exhibit E.

Airfield Cost Center means the Cost Center described in Exhibits N-E and D-E. Airfield Net Requirement shall mean at each Airport the Total Requirement attributable to the Airfield Cost Center, less (i) Ramp Area Charges, if any; (ii) direct utility or other reimbursements attributable or allocable to the Airfield Cost Center; and (iii) Transfers, if any, allocable to the Airfield Cost Center. Airline shall mean the Scheduled Air Carrier executing this Agreement.

Airfield Cost Center means areas of the airport used for the landing, taking-off, movement, and parking of aircraft at an Aircraft Parking Position, including runways, taxiways, aprons, navigational aids, hazard designation and warning devices, airfield security roads and fencing, blast fencing, lighting, clear zones and safety areas, aviation easements, including land utilized in connection therewith or acquired for such future purpose or to mitigate aircraft noise, and the fuel storage and distribution system associated with the Terminal Buildings, and associated equipment and facilities, the acquisition, construction or installation cost of which is wholly or partially paid by the City.

Airfield Cost Center means areas of the Airport used for the landing, taking-off, taxiing and movement of aircraft, including runways, taxiways, navigational aids, hazard designation and warning devices, the cargo airline aprons, aircraft deicing areas, airfield security roads and fencing, blast fencing, lighting, clear zones and safety areas, aviation easements, including land utilized in connection therewith or acquired for such future purpose or to mitigate aircraft noise, and associated equipment and facilities, the acquisition, construction or installation cost of which is wholly or partially paid by the County. The net requirement of Xxxxxxxxx Airport will be included in the Airfield Cost Center.

Airfield Cost Center means the Cost Center to which Revenues and expenses associated with the Landing Area, excluding the Aircraft Apron, are allocated. The "Airfield Cost Center" shall include a portion of Indirect Cost Centers.

Airport shall mean Manchester Airport, as shown on Exhibit A, "Airport Layout and Cost Center Plan," and as such Airport may subsequently be improved, enlarged, or otherwise modified or developed. Airport Cost Centers shall mean the cost centers representing the areas and facilities at the Airport, and as such cost centers may be modified, changed, or developed by CITY to be used in accounting for Airport Revenues and expenses and for calculating and adjusting the Rental and Fee Rates. Airport Director shall mean the Airport Director or such other person designated by the City of Manchester, Board of Mayor and Xxxxxxxx to exercise authority with respect to the rights and obligations of CITY under this Agreement or the Airport Director's designated representative. Air Transportation shall mean the transportation by air of Persons, property, cargo, mail, or express mail to or from the Airport and all other activities directly related thereto.

Airfield Cost Center means the airfield areas of all airports in the Airports System, including, but not limited to, the runways, taxiways, approach and clear zones, safety areas, in-field areas, landing and
