Mileage Calculations and Daily Log. a. Round trip mileage is calculated from portal to portal. b. Driver must turn in his daily log complete with round trip mileage by 10:00 a.m. the next working day following trip completion. Failure to turn in round trip mileage on time will require point assignment by contract amount and no adjustment to be paid at a later date.
