Mileage Limit. The maximum number of miles indicated on the Schedule Page that this Agreement shall be in force. OVERSIZED TIRES – means any tire size installed on the Vehicle not specified for use on that Vehicle by the manufacturer, as listed on the Vehicles FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) Certification Label and cannot exceed 37" when the Oversized Tires/Lifted Vehicle surcharge is selected on the Schedule Page.   • Mileage Any bargaining unit member required to use his/her vehicle on District business shall be reimbursed at the rate established by the District for all miles driven on behalf of the District. The mileage computation shall include mileage necessary to return to the employee’s normal job site after the completion of District business. This amount shall be payable in a separate warrant prepared for processing in accordance with procedures of the office of the County Superintendent of Schools.

  • Safety Footwear Allowance Effective 1/1/07, the Contra Costa Community College District will provide an initial two pairs of safety/protective work boots or shoes for employees in the following classifications: Building Maintenance Worker, Equipment Maintenance Worker, Senior Equipment Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Mechanic, Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Assistant, Ground Worker / Gardener I, II, Senior or Lead, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and all other mutually agreed upon classifications required to wear safety; protective shoes per OSHA/ASTM standards.
