  • DEPENDENT CARE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT During the term of this MOU, Management agrees to maintain a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA), qualified under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, for active employees who are members of LACERS, provided that sufficient enrollment is maintained to continue to make the account available. Enrollment in the DCRA is at the discretion of each employee. All contributions into the DCRA and related administrative fees shall be paid by employees who are enrolled in the plan. As a qualified Section 129 Plan, the DCRA shall be administered according to the rules and regulations specified for such plans by the Internal Revenue Service.

  • Mileage Reimbursement A. Subject to the current Vehicle Rules and Regulations established by the Board, an employee who is authorized to use a private automobile in the performance of duties shall be reimbursed for each mile driven in the performance of his or her duties during each monthly period as follows:

  • Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services. Travel expense reimbursement may include personal vehicle mileage or commercial coach transportation, hotel accommodations, parking and meals; provided, however, the amount of reimbursement by Customers shall not exceed the amounts authorized for state employees as adopted by each Customer; and provided, further, that all reimbursement rates shall not exceed the maximum rates established for state employees under the current State Travel Management Program (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/procurement/prog/stmp/). Travel time may not be included as part of the amounts payable by Customer for any services rendered under this Contract. The DIR administrative fee specified in Section 5 below is not applicable to travel expense reimbursement. Anticipated travel expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Customer.

  • Tuition Reimbursement Program 21.2.1 The District will fund $28,000 each fiscal year for incentive pay for employees pursuing their National Board Certification, a master’s degree, or an endorsement.

  • Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.

  • Travel-related Expenses Vendor agrees to comply with Citizens’ then-current Vendor Travel Reimbursement Guidelines. All travel-related expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee. Citizens shall reimburse Vendor for pre-approved travel-related expenses incurred in the performance of Services following Citizens’ receipt of Vendor’s reimbursement request submitted in accordance with the then-current Vendor Travel Reimbursement Guidelines.

  • Administration Allowances In addition to the foregoing salary, there shall be paid additional allowances in accordance with the following schedule:

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or at any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of thirty-five cents cents) per mile (to a maximum of fourteen dollars or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare.

  • Tuition Reimbursement A. Agencies may approve full or partial tuition reimbursement, consistent with agency policy and within available resources.

  • Professional Development Reimbursement Management will provide reimbursement for approved professional development expenses for Lieutenants and Sergeants. Funds may be used for the purpose of improving job performance, maintaining and increasing proficiency, preparing Lieutenants and Sergeants for greater responsibility, or increasing promotional opportunities. Management must approve of the specific professional development request in advance. Denial will require written notification to the requesting Lieutenant or Sergeant.
