Military Access. 6.5.1 In addition to the right of access provided by 6.4.1, the Department of National Defence has a right of access to Undeveloped Settlement Land for military manoeuvres with the consent of the affected Yukon First Nation with respect to contact persons, areas, timing, environmental protection, protection of Wildlife and habitat, land use rent, and compensation for damage caused to Settlement Land and improvements and personal property thereon, or, failing consent, with an order of the Surface Rights Board as to terms and conditions with respect to such matters.
