MILITARY LENDING ACT The provisions of this section apply to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents pursuant to the Military Lending Act: Statement of Military APR Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents relating to extensions of consumer credit. Military Reserve Training In accordance with State and Federal laws, any employee who is a member of any reserve component of the military forces of the United States required by official military orders or related authority to attend Military Reserve Training shall receive full wages at their current base pay rate for the period of the active duty required for such training not to exceed fifteen (15) days per calendar year.
