MILITARY DUTY PAY. 1. Any employee presently under enlistment called to serve no more than a seventeen (17) day annual training tour of work with the National Guard or Armed Forces Reserves Unit shall be paid the difference between his or her pay for such government services and the amount of straight time earnings lost by him or her by reason of such service.
