The MILITARY INSTALLATIONS clause restricts or regulates activities, access, or operations on or near military bases or facilities. In practice, this clause may require parties to obtain special permissions, adhere to security protocols, or notify authorities before entering or conducting work in these areas. Its core function is to ensure the safety, security, and operational integrity of military sites by preventing unauthorized access or activities that could compromise national security or disrupt military operations.
Military Installations. The State agrees to notify the Union at such time as the State becomes aware of federal government plans to regain jurisdiction of military installations currently loaned (or leased) to the State Department of the Military.
