Millage Levy. In accordance with the provisions of section 1002.33(9)(l), Florida Statutes, the School agrees that it shall not levy taxes or issue bonds secured by tax revenues. However, nothing in this provision shall preclude a municipality from levying municipal taxes during a period in which the municipality is operating a charter school.
