MINIMUM ALLOWANCE. An employee who is required by his/her Agency/Department Head to use his/her private automobile at least eight days in any month on County business shall not receive less than $10 in that month for the use of his/her automobile.

Employees who report to work for any shift without being notified to the contrary will be guaranteed at least four (4) hours work or work for the time scheduled if less, or if no work is available will be paid for at least four (4) hours or paid for the time scheduled if less. Ft only 28:03 Any employee who is called in to work as a replacement for an absent employee after that employee's shift has started and who completed six (6) or more hours work will be paid for the full shift at the applicable rate. Ft only 28:04 Employees who are scheduled to work for any shift on a holiday and so report will be guaranteed at least four (4) hours of work and if no work is available, will be paid for at least four (4) hours at time and one-half the employee's regular rate of pay or have the option of taking the time in-lieu in accordance with Article 16.02.
MINIMUM ALLOWANCE. An employee scheduled to work and so reporting shall be assigned work for at least half of the hours scheduled, or will be paid at his/her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for a total of half of the hours scheduled, unless he/she has refused to perform any work assigned.

MINIMUM ALLOWANCE. Full time employees who report for any scheduled eight (8) hour shift will be guaranteed at least three (3) hours of work or if no work is available, will be paid at least three (3) hours, except when work is not available due to a condition beyond the control of the Employer. The reporting allowance as outlined herein shall not apply whenever the employee has received not less than one (I )hour's notice not to report for work. In order to qualify for the aforementioned allowance, the employee must have provided the Employer with a telephone number for contact purposes.
MINIMUM ALLOWANCE. An employee who is required by his/her Department Head to use his/her private automobile at least eight (8) days in any month on AHS business shall not receive less than ten dollars ($10) in that month for the use of his/her automobile.

21:01 Employees who report for work as scheduled without being notified to the contrary, will be guaranteed at least four (4) hours of work or if no work is available, will be paid for at least four (4) hours at the applicable rate. 21:02 Any Employee who is called back to perform emergency work at any time between one
(1) hour after he/she has left work and one and one-half (1 ½) hours, before his/her normal starting time, shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at time and one half (1 ½), but this shall not apply to a call-in as referenced in Article 21:03.
21:03 If an Employee reports to work within one (1) hour of being called, she will be paid for the whole shift.
