Minimum Break Following Overtime. 25.5.1 An Employee, other than a Casual Employee, who is required by the Company to work overtime will be given at least a minimum 10-hour break following the completion of such overtime on one (1) day and the commencement of ordinary hours of work on the following day. 25.5.2 An Employee who has not had at least a minimum 10-hours break in line with Clause 25.5.1, will be released after the completion of such overtime until they have had 10 consecutive hours off duty, without loss of pay, for the Employees ordinary rostered hours occurring during such absence. 25.5.3 Were the Company requires the Employee to resume or continue work without having enjoyed a minimum 10-hour break following overtime, the Employee shall be paid at 200% of the Employee’s base rate of pay until released from duty.
