Minimum Charge. The minimum charge against accumulated vacation leave shall be fifteen (15) minutes. Vacation leave shall be compensated at the employee’s base rate of pay, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Minimum Charge. In any use of vacation, the minimum charge to the employee's vacation account shall be one quarter (1/4) hour. Additional actual absence over one quarter (1/4) hour shall be charged to the nearest one quarter (1/4) hour and shall not exceed the employee's accrued vacation hours.
Minimum Charge. One hour is the minimum charge for either annual or sick leave, and additional leave is charged in multiples of one hour. Absences on separate days are not combined. If, for example, an employee is absent a half hour on two separate days, the minimum charge is two hours.

Minimum Charge. If the Borrower pays the full amount of the advance on an Account by the first payment due date, then RB will not charge any additional fees. If the Borrower does not repay the advance in full by the first payment due date, then the Borrower must pay a minimum principal payment of $50 or $100, as described under Repayment above, plus a minimum charge (the “Minimium Charge”) approximately equal to five percent (5%) of the portion of the advance outstanding for that payment period.
