Cash Compensation Upon Separation of County Service. An employee whose employment is terminated for any reason shall be paid a sum equal to his/her accrued vacation leave. Such sum shall be computed on the basis of the hourly equivalent of such employee's monthly salary as of the date of separation of employment.
