Minimum Compliance Standards. In order for Customer’s existing environment to qualify for MSP Services, the following requirements must be met: a. All Servers with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems must be running Windows 2008 Server or later, and have all of the latest Microsoft Service Packs and Critical Updates installed. b. All Desktop PC’s and Notebooks/Laptops with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems must be running Windows 7 Pro or later, and have all of the latest Microsoft Service Packs and Critical Updates installed. c. All Server and Desktop Software must be Genuine, Licensed and Vendor-Supported. d. The environment must have a currently licensed, up-to-date and Vendor-Supported Server-based Antivirus Solution protecting all Servers, Desktops, Notebooks/Laptops, and Email. e. The environment must have a currently licensed, Vendor-Supported Server-based Backup Solution. f. The environment must have a currently licensed, Vendor-Supported Hardware Firewall between the Internal Network and the Internet. g. Any Wireless data traffic in the environment must be secured with a minimum of 128bit data encryption. Costs required to bring Customer’s environment to Minimum Standards are additional and outlined on the attached Section 6.0.

Minimum Compliance Standards. During the term of the contract, the Escambia County Department of Corrections-Escambia County Community Corrections Division may unilaterally require, in writing, changes to the contract provided that such changes are within and/or associated with the general scope of the contract.   • Standards Compliance Registry Operator shall comply with relevant existing RFCs and those published in the future by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), including all successor standards, modifications or additions thereto relating to the DNS and name server operations including without limitation RFCs 1034, 1035, 1123, 1982, 2181, 2182, 2671, 3226, 3596, 3597, 4343, and 5966. DNS labels may only include hyphens in the third and fourth position if they represent valid IDNs (as specified above) in their ASCII encoding (e.g., “xn--ndk061n”).

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • Minimum Standards (a) It is intended that the provisions contained in the Employment Standards Act and Regulations (Act), presently in effect and from time to time amended, are minimum requirements only. (b) In the event this collective agreement does not contain a provision which is contained in the Act such provision shall be deemed to be incorporated in the collective agreement as part of its terms. (c) In the event this collective agreement contains a provision which is a lesser requirement than a similar or related provision contained in the Act, then the provision contained in the Act shall prevail, and shall be deemed to be incorporated in the collective agreement as part of its terms. (d) In the event a dispute arises respecting the application or interpretation of any provision of the Act which is deemed to be part of the terms of this collective agreement, the Grievance Procedure contained in this collective agreement, including Arbitration if necessary, shall apply for resolution of the dispute.

  • CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Year 2000 Compliance Each Party warrants that it has implemented a program the goal of which is to ensure that all software, hardware and related materials (collectively called “Systems”) delivered, connected with BellSouth or supplied in the furtherance of the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement: (i) will record, store, process and display calendar dates falling on or after January 1, 2000, in the same manner, and with the same functionality as such software records, stores, processes and calendar dates falling on or before December 31, 1999; and (ii) shall include without limitation date data century recognition, calculations that accommodate same century and multicentury formulas and date values, and date data interface values that reflect the century.

  • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • REFERENCE STANDARDS A. The latest published edition of a reference shall be applicable to this Project unless identified by a specific edition date. B. All reference amendments adopted prior to the effective date of this Contract shall be applicable to this Project. C. All materials, installation and workmanship shall comply with all applicable requirements and standards. 1. Texas Medical Center Architectural Standards and Texas Medical Center Stormwater Management Design Guidelines are applicable to all Projects located within the Texas Medical Center. 2. Owner’s underwriter requirements are applicable to all Projects.
