Minimum Denomination. The Notes shall be issued in minimum denominations of $2,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.

Notes to be issued by any other Wholesale Issuer will have a minimum denomination of at least €100,000 (or its equivalent in any other currency as at the date of issue of the Notes) if they are to be admitted to trading on a regulated market within the European Economic Area or offered to the public in a Member State of the European Economic Area in circumstances which require the publication of a prospectus under the Prospectus Directive.
