MINIMUM Discount Term Does. the vendor agree to at least offer, for the life of the Agreement, the Minimum Discount Percentage off list or catalog proposed by Vendor in response to the Attribute entitled "Discount Offered - CAUTION READ CAREFULLY BECAUSE VENDORS FREQUENTLY MAKE MISTAKES ON THIS ATTRIBUTE QUESTION"? TIPS will utilize this response to satisfy the Long Term Cost scoring evaluation criteria. A "YES" answer will be awarded the maximum 10 points for this criterion out of the 100 total points and a "NO" answer is awarded 0 points. YES Catalog or list pricing of vendor For the duration of the Contract, Vendor agrees to provide catalog pricing, as defined in the solicitation and below, to TIPS upon request for any goods and services offered on the Vendor's TIPS Contract.
