Common use of Minimum Education Requirements Clause in Contracts

Minimum Education Requirements. Preferred minimum educational requirements for faculty members shall be a master’s degree in the subject matter, or its equivalent, directly relating to the teaching job or areas of assignment being filled. (a) Faculty members are required to maintain educational standards or attain them if newly required for any specialized program accreditation. The College will cover costs of new requirements for continuing education through existing tuition reimbursement policy. The College will work with the faculty in scheduling time for educational activities related to this continuing education as needed.
