MINIMUM ENTITLEMENTS. This Agreement provides minimum entitlements only.
MINIMUM ENTITLEMENTS. If the problem involves minimum entitlements under the law, the Chief Executive may ask a Labour Inspector to enforce [his/her] rights under minimum rights legislation such as the Minimum Wage Act 1983 or the Holidays Act 2003.
MINIMUM ENTITLEMENTS. At no time shall the Executive receive less than his minimum statutory entitlements under the ESA.

MINIMUM ENTITLEMENTS. 50.6.1 If an employee has exhausted his or her entitlement to paid personal leave or does not have an entitlement to paid personal leave, the employee may take up to 2 days’ unpaid carer’s leave each time a member of the employee’s immediate family or household requires care or support because of a personal illness or injury of the member, or an unexpected emergency affecting the employee.

MINIMUM ENTITLEMENTS. If at any time the Executive is entitled to any payment or other benefit as a consequence of the Executive's employment (whether under legislation, an Industrial Instrument or otherwise) (including, without limitation, minimum hourly rates, penalties, overtime, allowances and loadings) (Minimum Entitlements), the Executive agrees that:
MINIMUM ENTITLEMENTS. Notwithstanding anything described in Article 13, employees will not, under any circumstances, receive less than their minimum entitlements prescribed by the Canada Labour Code. Where a leave prescribed by the Canada Labour Code is not addressed in Article 13, or the Canada Labour Code provides a greater benefit than a leave that is addressed in Article 13, the employee shall receive only the minimum entitlements prescribed by the Canada Labour Code for that leave.

Primary teachers became eligible for the first 5-day minimum entitlement on the earlier of two dates: • The date when they have worked for their employer for 6 months, or • The date when they have aggregate service recognised that exceeds 6 months. So, if you stayed in your job, the minimum entitlements to sick leave should have renewed annually like clockwork. You were supposed to receive a minimum entitlement at 6 months of employment, 1 year and 6 months of employment, 2 years and 6 months of employment etc.8 Tip: Since Table A employees are the only teachers who received these minimum entitlements to sick leave, the quickest way for most primary teachers to check whether they are on Table A or Table B is to check whether they have so far received minimum entitlements to sick leave.
MINIMUM ENTITLEMENTS. The Property is entitled for 176,270 square feet of buildable density, including the right for Borrower to build (as a matter of right) not less than 176,270 square feet of retail space.
