Minimum Names. Regardless of elimination of prescreen names by any third party processor, Client will pay for a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the gross prescreen names at the time of shipment by Equifax to the processor or to Client. In addition, Client agrees to pay $0.01 per name not used in any prescreen program, subject to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of the names shipped from Equifax for each prescreen project.
