Minimum Call. All Engineer Officers when called to work shall receive a minimum of eight (8) hours pay. Work time shall begin as provided otherwise in this Agreement.
Minimum Call. In Pay Drivers called in for duty and not needed shall be paid one (1) hour minimum.
Minimum Call. The minimum call for a regular workday for all Employees is eight working hours with the exception of the Set Construction Department and the Scenic Paint Department. The minimum call for a regular work day for the Set Construction Department and the Scenic Paint Department will be ten working hours, including those persons brought in for daily calls.
Minimum Call. (a) Should a part-time employee report for work on a regular scheduled basis and there is no work available, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay at their regular rate.
(b) A part-time employee called back to work after the completion of their shift will receive time and one half (1 ½) their regular hourly rate of pay for such hours and shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours’ pay at the premium rate.

Minimum Call. Back Time - Except as provided for in 16.10, an employee who is required to work outside his regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rate.
Minimum Call. The minimum call under this rehearsal model shall be four (4) hours.
Minimum Call. 15.1 When an Employee is called to work, the Employee shall be paid not less than four (4) continuous hours at the applicable rate of pay.
15.2 When an Employee is called to work for a period which does not exceed four (4) hours and the period commences after midnight and before 6:00 a.m. then the entire minimum call period shall be overtime.
15.3 When an Employee is required to return to work after an unpaid meal break, the Employee shall be paid not less than two (2) continuous hours at the applicable rate of pay, except in the case of a strike after a performance at which time an Employee shall be paid not less than three (3) hours at the applicable rate of pay.
15.4 When an Employee is required to return to work after a break of greater than one (1) hour, it shall be considered as an additional minimum call as provided in Article 15.1.
Minimum Call. Full-time and hourly bargaining unit employees assigned to a call shall be compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours for each work call. In no event shall there be compound or cumulative (e.g., pyramid of) payments.
Minimum Call. When an employee is called in for work outside of his normal working hours, he shall be provided with a minimum payment of four (4) hours’ pay at straight time or the actual time worked at the appropriate premium rate, whichever is the greater, except when a short call follows within two (2) hours of the completion of a previous call in which case time shall be considered continuous from the start of the previous call. There shall be no minimum payment applicable to overtime worked as an extension, either one half hour preceding or following, an employee’s normal daily working hours.
