Minimum Quality of Service Level. The Parties shall commence working together to establish metrics and procedures for Service Levels. The following Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) will be used initially and shall be considered aspirational and non-committal until the Parties agree otherwise. The Parties agree to report on a monthly basis to the other Party only the KPI’s that have not been achieved the previous month.
