Minimum Quality Requirement. Each NGACO must meet certain minimum quality requirements, including the submission of all data required to calculate quality scores. In the event an NGACO does not satisfy the minimum quality requirement, it will not be allowed to share in savings, but will be required to pay losses. The quality score for an NGACO that does not meet the quality measurement requirements of the Next Generation ACO Model will be zero. Details on the quality data reporting requirements are provided in Appendix F of the NGACO’s Participation Agreement.
