Minimum rights to the Supplier. 3.4.1 The Supplier is hereby granted a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license in each patent application filed in any country on a Supplier subject invention and any resulting patent in which the Government acquires title, unless the Supplier fails to disclose the subject invention (within the times specified) in accordance with subparagraph 3.5 below. The Supplier's license extends to its domestic subsidiaries and affiliates, if any, within the corporate structure of which the Supplier is a party and includes the right to grant sub licenses of the same scope to the extent the Supplier was legally obligated to do so at the time this Agreement was awarded. Supplier’s license also includes the right to grant sub licenses to XXXX and all present and future members of XXXX.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor.
