Minimum Starts. (a) Full-time employees shall receive a minimum payment of four hours for each start in respect of ordinary hours of work. (b) Part-time and casual employees shall receive a minimum payment of two hours for each start. (c) Part-time home care employees and casual home care employees shall receive a minimum payment of one hour for each engagement.
