Minimum Subscription and Maintenance and Support Revenue. Not permit the aggregate Subscription and Maintenance and Support Revenue as of the last day of any Computation Period to be less than $18,000,000 for such Computation Period, provided that, this covenant shall be tested for each Fiscal Quarter following the Closing Date and through but not including the Fiscal Quarter ending September 30, 2017.
