Common use of Minimum Time Paid Clause in Contracts

Minimum Time Paid. Any employee who has left work after completing their regular working day and who is subsequently called back to the District or who is called back to the District on a Saturday or Sunday, shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours for the work for which they are called back.
