Minimum Call-In Time. Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.
Minimum Call-In Time. A unit member called in to work a day when the unit member is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement. This provision does not apply to unit members on standby duty.

This pay provision shall also apply when an employee reports to work for a field trip, but the field trip has been cancelled and the Board failed to attempt to notify the employee at least one (1) hour prior to the employee showing up for work.
