Common use of Minimum Wage Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Minimum Wage Adjustment. The parties agree that should the minimum wage in the province of Manitoba increase during the term of this agreement, the rates will be adjusted so as to ensure there is a minimum fifty (50¢) cent differential between any hourly rate and the minimum wage for the province, effective the same date the minimum wage is adjusted.
