Re-Classification. Lateral Transfer/Promotion - OFPT - Schedule “A2”
(a) Where an OFPT Employee’s job has been reclassified but remains within the same salary level or where the Employee is moved laterally to another position within the same level, there will be no increase to wages.
(b) Except where covered elsewhere in this agreement, where an OFPT Employee is placed in a lower level position, there shall be no wage adjustment if the salary is within the range of that new level. If the Employee takes a voluntary demotion to a lower level position and the Employee’s salary is higher than the new classification level, then the Employee’s salary will be adjusted accordingly and the Employee will be placed in the corresponding wage step.
(c) Where an OFPT Employee’s job has been reclassified to a higher level in the Hay job evaluation program, then the Employee shall receive an increase to the same step in the higher level.
(d) Where an OFPT Employee has been promoted to another position in a higher level, then the Employee shall receive a 6% increase or be moved to the minimum of the appropriate salary level of Schedule “A2”, whichever is greater.
(e) Where an OFPT Employee moves to a classification covered under Schedule “A1”, then the Employee will receive the applicable wage rate of that classification and progression step according to seniority.
Re-Classification. An employee may request a reclassification of their position by lodging a written application, including a current job description, and an outline of the reasons for the re-classification, with the employee’s manager and a copy to the senior human resource management representative.
Re-Classification. 30 7.3.1 - Whereas a result of the gradual increase of duties being performed by a 31 unit member, and where the duties will be extended on a continuing basis, the 32 incumbent shall be entitled to have the position considered for an upgrade to a 33 higher classification. The appropriate request form shall be completed by the unit 34 member and submitted to the Human Resources Division Office. All requests 1 shall annually be submitted by the second Monday in January, at which time, the 2 Reclassification Committee will convene within twenty (20) workdays in an effort 3 to reach concurrence on all submitted reclassification requests.
Re-Classification. You acknowledge that the nature of the Premium Stock Content may change from time to time, and that Stock Content that is currently classified as “Free Content” may be re-classified as “Premium Stock Content”, and vice versa. Notwithstanding the above:
a. With respect to Free Content later reclassified as Premium Stock Content (“Reclassified Free Content”), but which you have already Edited or Amended prior to such re-classification, you may continue to use such Edited or Amended Free Content in its then-current form, and for such actual uses as you are then currently making, pursuant to the provisions of Section 4 (Free Content) below, notwithstanding the re classification. You may not further Edit or Amend such reclassified Edited or Amended Free Content, and you may not use any other reclassified Free Content. You may not use such re-classified Free Content as “Premium Stock Content” under Section 5 (Premium Stock Content) below, unless you have paid the applicable Content Fee therefor. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, to the extent that our agreements with the relevant Stock Content Licensor allow you to make additional use of Reclassified Free Content that you have already Edited or Amended, you may make such use. b. With respect to Premium Stock Content re-classified as Free Content ("Reclassified Premium Stock Content"), but which you have already Edited or Amended and/or Exported prior to such re-classification, you may continue to use such Edited or Amended and/or Exported Premium Stock Content, in its then current form, and for such actual uses as you are then currently making pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 (Premium Stock Content) below, notwithstanding the re-classification. You may not make any other use of such Edited or Amended and/or Exported Premium Stock Content other than as allowed by the terms of Section 4 (Free Content) below, and without derogation, any such Reclassified Premium Stock Content which you have not already Edited or Amended and/or Exported, may be used only pursuant to the terms of Section 4 (Free Content) below. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, to the extent that our agreements with the relevant Stock Content Licensor allow you to make additional use of Reclassified Premium Stock Content that you have already Edited or Amended and/or Exported, you may make such use.
Re-Classification. Any employee working or filling a position other than his/her main assignment shall be paid that prevailing rate of that position starting with the first day of work, with approval or principal/superintendent. If an employee is filling a lower position, that employee will receive their original pay classification while filling that position, not that of the lower position.
Re-Classification. If a re-classification study of job titles is done within the District, the school system and CSEA will convene immediately upon completion of such study for the express purpose of negotiating salaries for any change in titles.
Re-Classification. (a) Where an existing employee requests reclassification based on the attainment of an additional qualification during their employment, the employer will consider the request, and if satisfied with the evidence provided by the employee, will reclassify the employee at the appropriate level and pay the employee the new scale as from the date of providing the evidence.
(b) For the purposes of this clause, official notification from a tertiary institution that the required subjects of the appropriate qualification have been completed shall be taken as proof of holding that qualification. The ordinary hours of work will be 38 hours per week worked on any day from Monday to Friday between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm.
Re-Classification. (a) The Company agrees that it will not demote employees from classifications in which it considers employees are improperly classified without prior discussion with the Union.
(b) The intent of these discussions will be an attempt to find a mutually satisfactory manner in which to handle the situation.
Re-Classification. Part-time employees who work a minimum of thirty-two (32) hours (four (4) – eight (8) hour days) a week for a twelve (12) consecutive week period will be reclassified as full-time. BREAKS
Re-Classification. For purposes of any re-classification request by the Union, all Permanent Part-Time positions shall be subject to the reclassification process articulated in this CBA.
