MINIMUM WAGE LAWS. 12 A. Pursuant to the United States of America Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and 13 State of California Labor Code, §1178.5, CONTRACTOR shall pay no less than the greater of the federal 14 or California Minimum Wage to all its Covered Individuals (as defined within the “Compliance” 15 paragraph of this Contract) that directly or indirectly provide services pursuant to this Contract, in any 16 manner whatsoever. CONTRACTOR shall require and verify that all of its Covered Individuals providing 17 services pursuant to this Contract be paid no less than the greater of the federal or California Minimum 18 Wage. 19 B. CONTRACTOR shall comply and verify that its Covered Individuals comply with all other 20 federal and State of California laws for minimum wage, overtime pay, record keeping, and child labor 21 standards pursuant to providing services pursuant to this Contract. 22 C.
