Common use of MINIMUM WAGE LAWS Clause in Contracts

MINIMUM WAGE LAWS. A. Pursuant to the United States of America Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and State of California Labor Code, §1178.5, CONTRACTOR shall pay no less than the greater of the federal or California Minimum Wage to all its Covered Individuals (as defined within the “Compliance” paragraph of this Contract) that directly or indirectly provide services pursuant to this Contract, in any manner whatsoever. CONTRACTOR shall require and verify that all of its Covered Individuals providing services pursuant to this Contract be paid no less than the greater of the federal or California Minimum Wage. B. CONTRACTOR shall comply and verify that its Covered Individuals comply with all other federal and State of California laws for minimum wage, overtime pay, record keeping, and child labor standards pursuant to providing services pursuant to this Contract. C. Notwithstanding the minimum wage requirements provided for in this clause, CONTRACTOR, where applicable, shall comply with the prevailing wage and related requirements, as provided for in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 1, Part 7, Division 2 of the Labor Code of the State of California (§§1770, et seq.), as it now exists or may hereafter be amended.

Paragraph XXI. Nondiscrimination, is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety as follows:

CONTRACTOR Contractor shall comply and verify that its Covered Individuals comply with all other federal and State of California laws for minimum wage, overtime pay, record keeping, and child labor standards pursuant to providing services pursuant to this Contract. C. Notwithstanding the minimum wage requirements provided for in this clause, CONTRACTORContractor, where applicable, shall comply with the prevailing wage and related requirements, as provided for in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 1, Part 7, Division 2 of the Labor Code of the State of California (§§1770, et seq.), as it now exists or may hereafter be amended.

MINIMUM WAGE LAWS. A. Pursuant to the United States of America Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and State of California Labor Code, §1178.5, CONTRACTOR shall pay no less than the greater of the federal or California Minimum Wage to all its Covered Individuals (as defined within the “Compliance” paragraph of this Contract) employees that directly or indirectly provide services pursuant to this ContractAgreement, in any manner whatsoever. CONTRACTOR shall require and verify that all of its Covered Individuals contractors or other persons providing services pursuant to this Contract be paid Agreement on behalf of CONTRACTOR also pay their employees no less than the greater of the federal or California Minimum Wage. B. CONTRACTOR shall comply and verify that its Covered Individuals contractors comply with all other federal and State of California laws for minimum wage, overtime pay, record keeping, and child labor standards pursuant to providing services pursuant to this ContractAgreement. C. Notwithstanding the minimum wage requirements provided for in this clause, CONTRACTOR, where applicable, shall comply with the prevailing wage and related requirements, as provided for in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 1, Part County of Orange, Health Care Agency Contract MA-042-19010140 7, Division 2 of the Labor Code of the State of California (§§1770, et seq.), as it now exists or may hereafter be amended.

MINIMUM WAGE LAWS. 26 A. Pursuant to the United States of America Fair Labor Standards Standard Act of 1938, as amended, and 27 State of California Labor Code, §1178.5, CONTRACTOR shall pay no less than the greater of the 28 federal or California Minimum Wage to all its Covered Individuals (as defined within the “Compliance” paragraph of this Contract) employees that directly or indirectly provide services 29 pursuant to this ContractAgreement, in any manner whatsoever. CONTRACTOR shall require and verify that 30 all of its Covered Individuals contractors or other persons providing services pursuant to this Contract be paid Agreement on behalf of 31 CONTRACTOR pay their employees no less than the greater of the federal or California Minimum 32 Wage. 33 B. CONTRACTOR shall comply and verify that its Covered Individuals contractors comply with all other federal and 34 State of California laws for minimum wage, overtime pay, record keeping, and child labor standards 35 pursuant to providing services pursuant to this ContractAgreement. 36 C. Notwithstanding the minimum wage requirements provided for in this clause, CONTRACTOR, 37 where applicable, shall comply with the prevailing wage and related requirements, as provided for in 1 accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 1, Part 7, Division 2 of the Labor Code of the 2 State of California (§§1770, et seq.), as it now exists or may hereafter be amended.. 3

Paragraph XXI. Nondiscrimination, is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety as follows:

CONTRACTOR shall comply and verify that its Covered Individuals contractors comply with all other federal and 36 State of California laws for minimum wage, overtime pay, record keeping, and child labor standards 37 pursuant to providing services pursuant to this ContractAgreement. 1 C.
