International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

ETHICS IN PUBLIC CONTRACTING This Contract incorporates by reference Article 9 of the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution, as well as all state and federal laws related to ethics, conflicts of interest or bribery, including the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act (Code of Virginia § 2.2-3100 et seq.), the Virginia Governmental Frauds Act (Code of Virginia § 18.2-498.1 et seq.) and Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 10 of Title 18.2 of the Code of Virginia, as amended (§ 18.2-438 et seq.). The Contractor certifies that its proposal was made without collusion or fraud; that it has not offered or received any kickbacks or inducements from any other offeror, supplier, manufacturer or subcontractor; and that it has not conferred on any public employee having official responsibility for this procurement any payment, loan, subscription, advance, deposit of money, services or anything of more than nominal value, present or promised, unless consideration of substantially equal or greater value was exchanged.
Usos permitidos y restricciones de la Licencia A. Licencia. De acuerdo con los términos y condiciones de esta Licencia y según lo permitido en las “Normas de uso del producto App Store” establecidas en los Términos y Condiciones de App Store (xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/legal/itunes/ww/) (“Normas de uso”) —a menos que haya obtenido el Software Apple como se describe en la sección 2B—, se le concede una licencia limitada, no transferible ni exclusiva para instalar y usar el Software Apple en cualquier dispositivo iOS de marca Apple compatible que posea o gestione. Se prohíbe distribuir o poner el Software Apple disponible a través de una red donde pueda ser utilizado simultáneamente por varios dispositivos. Usted no puede alquilar, arrendar, prestar, vender, redistribuir ni sublicenciar el Software Apple.
Expiración de la Licencia Esta Licencia tendrá vigencia hasta que termine su validez. Los derechos que le confiere esta Licencia también perderán su vigencia automáticamente sin el previo aviso de Apple si incumple cualesquiera términos de la presente Licencia. Cuando ésta deje de estar en vigor, xxxxxx xxxxx el uso del Software Apple y destruir todas las copias, totales o parciales, de dicho software.

The Institution shall promptly disclose in writing to PSI and the Sponsor all Intellectual Property made by the Institution, the Investigator and/or the Study Personnel. At the Sponsor's request, the Institution shall cause all rights titles and interests in and to any such Intellectual Property to be assigned to the Sponsor without additional compensation and provide reasonable assistance to obtain patents, including causing the execution of any invention assignment or other documents. Studijním údajům, vylepšením, na vývoj, k objevům, vynálezům, dílům, know-how a dalším právům (ať už patentovatelným či nikoli), vytvořeným, vyvinutým, a/nebo uvedeným do praxe v důsledku nebo v souvislosti s prováděním Studie, a/nebo používáním Studijního léku nebo Důvěrných informací společně s právy duševního vlastnictví s nimi souvisejícími (dále jen „Duševní vlastnictví“). Poskytovatel bude neprodleně písemně informovat PSI a Zadavatele o veškerém Duševním vlastnictví vytvořeném Poskytovatelem, Hlavním zkoušejícím a/nebo Studijním personálem. Na žádost Zadavatele zajistí Poskytovatel převod veškerých práv a zájmů týkajících se Duševního vlastnictví na Zadavatele bez další odměny a poskytne přiměřenou součinnost k získání patentu včetně zajištění podpisu dokumentů k převodu objevu nebo jiných dokumentů.

SBC-12STATE 47.1.1 The terms contained in this Agreement and any Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules, and Addenda constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, proposals and other communications, oral or written between the Parties during the negotiations of this Agreement and through the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not operate as or constitute a novation of any agreement or contract between the Parties that predates the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement.
Department’s Contract Manager The Department’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Department’s oversight of the Contract, will be identified in a separate writing to the Contractor upon Contract signing in the following format: Department’s Contract Manager Name Department’s Name Department’s Physical Address Department’s Telephone # Department’s Email Address If the Department changes the Contract Manager, the Department will notify the Contractor. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.
