National Security Authority definition

National Security Authority means the national authority responsible for the implementation and supervision of this Agreement;
National Security Authority or ‘NSA’ means a government authority of a Member State with ultimate responsibility for the security of classified information in that Member State;
National Security Authority means the state authority that in accordance with national laws and regulations is responsible for the implementation and supervision of this Agreement. Such authorities are listed in Article 5 of this Agreement.
