National Security Authority definition

National Security Authority means the national authority responsible for the implementation and supervision of this Agreement;
National Security Authority or ‘NSA’ means a government authority of a Member State with ultimate responsibility for the security of classified information in that Member State;
National Security Authority means a structural unit of the Ministry of Defence, designated under the Statutes of the Ministry of Defence, assigned to organise and supervise the protection of classified information of foreign states;

Examples of National Security Authority in a sentence

  • Visits by personnel from one Party to the territory of the other Party requiring access to Classified Information or requiring access to areas which require a Personnel Security Clearance from the other Party, shall be subject to prior written approval of the National Security Authority of the Party whose territory the visit is occurring in.

  • In the case of a known or suspected breach of security with respect to Transferred Classified Information, the National Security Authority of the Recipient Party shall inform the National Security Authority of the Originating Party as soon as possible.


More Definitions of National Security Authority

National Security Authority means an authority which, in accordance with the national laws and regulations, is responsible for the protection of Classified Information and the implementation of this Agreement;
National Security Authority means the Governmental Authority of each Party responsible for the implementation and supervision of this Agreement;
