Minor Changes in Work. Landlord shall have the authority, without the consent of Tenant, to order any immaterial changes to the Tenant Improvements not involving an increase in cost to Tenant or a delay in the completion of the Tenant Improvements. Delays caused by Landlord’s compliance with supervening laws or regulations shall not be deemed delays within Landlord’s control, and Landlord shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to such delays.
