Minority Recruitment and Retention Plan. The Health Plan shall implement and maintain a minority recruitment and retention plan in accordance with s. 641.217, F.S. The Health Plan shall have policies and procedures for the implementation and maintenance of such a plan. The minority recruitment and retention plan may be company-wide for all product lines.
