Common use of Minutes Clause in Contracts

Minutes. The secretary shall provide each Party with a copy of the minutes of the Operating Committee meeting within 21 days after the end of the meeting. Each Party shall have 14 days after receipt of such minutes to give notice of its objections to the minutes to the secretary. A failure to give notice specifying objection to such minutes within said 14 day period shall be deemed to be approval of such minutes. In any event, the votes recorded under clause 4.9 shall take precedence over the minutes described above.

In any event, the votes recorded under clause 4.9 Article 6.10 shall take precedence over the minutes described aboveof the Operating Committee meeting.
