MISCELLAENOUS PROVISIONS. β 14.1 GOPVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the law in effect at the location of the Project. 14.2 SEVERABILITY The partial or complete invalidity of any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or continuing force and effect of any other provision.
