MISCELLANEOUS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS. (a) Tenant shall not, without the written consent of Landlord, use the name of the building for any purpose other than as the address of the business conducted by Tenant in the Premises. (b) This Lease shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. If any provision of this Lease shall be invalid, unenforceable or ineffective for any reason whatsoever, all other provisions hereof shall be and remain in full force and effect.
