MISCELLANEOUS AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS. Miscellaneous deductions made to a payroll check will be explained by an insert attached to the first payroll check received in each fiscal year. If an individual’s pay is other than standard, the individual will be entitled to access payroll records that will explain the difference in pay. ARTICLE XVTEI PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT Prior written approval of the District Superintendent or his/her designee is required. Such course must be directly related to improvement of work skills in the employee’s current position. XXXXX shall reimburse members who complete any professional development or continuing education that the District Superintendent or his/her designee deems necessary in order to continue employment in their BOCES position. In addition, BOCES shall reimburse bargaining unit members any licensure and/or certification fees that are required by law of statute in order to continue employment in their BOCES position, including renewal of such licensure or certification. Reimbursement shall be made upon proof of successful completion of the activity and submission of a paid receipt (to Human Resources). Reimbursement for any individual shall not exceed three hundred ($300.00) dollars in any fiscal year.
