Miscellaneous Applicable Law. The Consultant shall comply with all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and orders of any government agency having jurisdiction in the performance of the work. Without limitation of the foregoing, the following laws are specifically referenced: (a) Preference for Georgia supplies, materials, equipment, and agricultural products, O.C.G.A. §§50-5-60 through 61. (b) Preference for Georgia forest products, O.C.G.A. § 50-5-63.) (c) Preference to local sellers of Georgia products, O.C.G.A. § 50-5-62.)
