Miscellaneous Charges and Increase in Charges. A. Customer shall pay any City, State or Federal taxes, fees or charges which are imposed upon the equipment, the installation thereof or performance of the services provided for herein, including any increase in charges to SCSS for facilities required for transmission of signals under this Agreement.
