Miscellaneous Contractor Status a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to not accept a quantity of work/jobs such that the result in you working full-time for the Company. Thus it is Vendor’s responsibility and not Company’s to decline and refuse any work, regardless of financial gain to Contractor. b) Vendor agrees and acknowledges Company provides no supervision to Vendor at any time c) Vendor agrees and acknowledges that Company provides no training and Vendor has received no training from the Company nor will Vendor at any time in the future receive such from Company ▇) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees and acknowledges he/she/it will not receive any employee benefits from Company e) Vendor agrees and acknowledges he/she/it will provides all the tools and equipment needed to work and not rely on any tools from Company at any time f) Vendor agrees and acknowledges your engagement for work is temporary and can cease at any time by election of either you or the Company.
