  • Performance of Duties Each of the Credit Party’s obligations under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents shall be performed by such Credit Party at its sole cost and expense.

  • STATEMENT OF DUTIES 56.01 Upon written request, an employee shall be provided with a complete and current statement of the duties and responsibilities of his or her position, including the classification level and, where applicable, the point rating allotted by factor to his or her position, and an organization chart depicting the position’s place in the organization.

  • Specific Duties Manager’s duties include the following:

  • NON-TEACHING DUTIES The Board and the Association acknowledge that a teacher’s primary responsibility is to provide learning experiences and that his energies should be channeled into this responsibility to the fullest extent. Therefore, they agree:

  • Duties of the Parties JHU is not a commercial organization. It is an institute of research and education. Therefore, JHU has no ability to evaluate the commercial potential of any PATENT RIGHTS or LICENSED PRODUCT or other license or rights granted in this Agreement. It is therefore incumbent upon Company to evaluate the rights and products in question, to examine the materials and information provided by JHU, and to determine for itself the validity of any PATENT RIGHTS, its freedom to operate, and the value of any LICENSED PRODUCTS or SERVICES or other rights granted.
