Miscellaneous Deposits and Charges. It is further clarified that the Agreed Consideration does not include association formation deposit, interim maintenance charges (if any), documentation charges, security deposit, charges for electrical meter installation or any other charges, and the same shall be payable by the Allottee as mentioned in Part III of Schedule B (Schedule of Payment) of this Agreement.

  • Payment of Fees and Charges 3.1 The Participant shall pay to the Service Provider the fees and charges as long as this Agreement continues in force.
